Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev hopes that a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan will be signed in the near future, the Kazakh president said at the “International Year of Peace and Trust – 2025” forum held in Ashgabat, APA reports.
Tokayev noted that the signing of the Declaration between the two countries in August was of historic significance.
He emphasized that this opens broad prospects for multilateral cooperation in the South Caucasus and beyond.
