Surely, Iran's open act against Azerbaijan at the state level could not remain unnoticed by Tehran's media. Among this media, the special enthusiasm of "Səhər" state television, which is broadcast in the Azerbaijani language, draws attention. Although the broadcasting of this TV channel in the Azerbaijani language at first glance creates the impression that there is a television in the mother language of Azerbaijanis living in the territory of Iran, but its purpose is to carry out anti-Azerbaijani propaganda.
Iran's state TV channel "Səhər" are operating for many years and broadcasts in the Azerbaijani language. During these long years, the main purpose of this channel has been an act against the Azerbaijani people, the Azerbaijani state, and Azerbaijani Government. From here, the main essence of the broadcasting of the channel in the Azerbaijani language emerges - to fight against the Azerbaijanis and the Azerbaijani state in their own language.
Recently, “Səhər” television went beyond all limits and began to be openly hostile against the Azerbaijani Republic. Almost every day, the channel broadcasts slanderous programs against the Republic of Azerbaijan and its leadership, opens discussions, and tries to create separatist tendencies in our country.
“Səhər” television spreads poison against Azerbaijan from its broadcast and instills separatist tendencies. It circulates a statement on behalf of the so-called "Nakhchivan People's Movement of Iran about the intention of the people living in Nakhchivan to join Iran and brings this issue into discussion. The lies of Tehran and its propagandists like "Səhər" are spread on social networks by Iran's sycophants in Azerbaijan.
The State Security Service of Azerbaijan (SSS) has already commented on such nonsense ideas that were purposefully put forward. Noted in the information of the SSS, recently, fictitious "appeals on behalf of the local population" have been circulating in social networks on behalf of the so-called "Nakhchivan People's Movement of Iran" that allegedly "due to the fault of the Azerbaijani authorities, the population of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is experiencing serious difficulties in matters of security, science, food" and its "desire to voluntarily become part of the Islamic Republic of Iran and, in connection with this, the deployment of Iranian armed forces on the territory of Nakhchivan".
Noted in the information that these provocations, purposefully committed against Azerbaijan in recent days, are being seriously investigated and appropriate measures are being taken.
"The dissemination of such delusional and provocative information by well-known circles that take a hostile position towards our country is unacceptable and causes a feeling of disgust among our citizens. The Azerbaijani state and its political leadership are the guarantor of a safe and prosperous life for the population throughout the country, including in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, which is an integral part of the country.
However, Iranian circles and the Tehran press, including the "Səhər" channel, still continue their insidious plan. They themselves understand well that these meaningless intentions are hopeless. But they don't want to give up their goals.
Tehran’s Media does not stop
The exposure of the illegal armed group, which was created under the control of the Iranian special service, by Azerbaijan’s SSS further irritated Tehran and its propagandists such as "Səhər".
It is clear from the information of the SSS, those who led an illegal armed group that was secretly established under the control of the Iranian special service, through the inculcation of radical-extremist religious ideas and consists of the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, currently hide in the Iranian territory.
Noted in the information that during the operational-investigative measures, 19 citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, whose participation in military exercises of illegal armed groups was confirmed, were involved in the investigation, numerous evidence about the illegal armed group and the military exercises organized by it, various books and video materials, which illegally entered Azerbaijan and propagated a radical, religious-extremist attitude against the ideas of modern development and the secular state, and which were banned in Azerbaijan, were discovered and taken away, several people were detained.
One of the factors that draw attention in the information of the SSS is that Mammadov Fagan Sadraddin, who was involved in the military exercises, organized the distribution of T-shirts with religious slogans to the participants of the actions planned to be held in some regions of the republic, which were delivered to Azerbaijan in a car belonging to the Iranian Embassy in Azerbaijan. It is known from here that the embassy of Iran in Azerbaijan is also involved in activities against our country. With this, Tehran clearly reveals its dirty intentions.
If it were not so, it would not embrace those who were put on the wanted list by the Azerbaijani state.
It would be good to recall that Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev, during his visit to Iran in August of this year, stated that 41 Azerbaijani citizens who have a court decision about, were hiding in Iran, presented their list to his Iranian colleague, and stated that we expect these individuals to be returned to Azerbaijan as they are considered a threat to the security of our country. However, during this period, those persons were not only returned to Azerbaijan, but on the contrary, the media of Iran and Tehran further activated the use of such persons against Azerbaijan.
The reaction of the Iranian side to the mentioned statement of the SSS causes bitter laughter. Tehran that its dirty intentions were exposed in Azerbaijan, spread information after the statement of the SSS. It was unveiled in the information that the main organizer of the terrorist act committed in Shiraz a while ago is an Azerbaijani citizen. In fact, this ridiculous scenario is nothing more than an attempt of the Iranian intelligence exposed in Azerbaijan to clear itself, or a mechanism of pressure on Azerbaijan.
Iran's open and dirty intentions can be enriched with other facts. "Səhər" and other harmful propondagists put inappropriate topics against Azerbaijan on their broadcasts, and provide good opportunities for officials, individual experts, as well as individuals who fled Azerbaijan and found refuge in Iran due to various criminal acts, to speak against our country on this topic.
A fake attack against Azerbaijani media on social networks
Tehran media targeted the Azerbaijani media and media leaders with the instructions received from the regime. Ignoring the discontent, protests and clashes that have been going on in their country for several months, the Iranian press insults and threatens the media organizations of Azerbaijan and their leaders. The coverage of the protests in Iran in the Azerbaijani media, the news interest of the Azerbaijani media in the movement taking place in South Azerbaijan irritates the Tehran media and the mullah regime.
Unfortunately, Iran's emissaries in Azerbaijan and in some political parties seem particularly interested in this activity. Recently, provocations against well-known media organizations of Azerbaijan have increased on social media. Agents placed by Iran in Azerbaijani media and political parties play a special role in the circulation of these provocations. Besides the Tehran media, numerous pages created on social networks share insulting and fake information about the officials, media representatives, and politicians of Azerbaijan. The targeted individuals and institutions have always been distinguished by their statesman position.
The point is that if the mullah regime spent money for the well-being of its people, instead of feeding so many emissaries and creating pages that share such meaningless and ineffective fake information, there would be no dissatisfaction. Targeting Azerbaijan does not save mullahs from the anger of the people.

It is obvious that the Tehran regime and its media organizations could not accept the glorious Victory of Azerbaijan in the Patriotic War. Mostly İran can not accept that Azerbaijan created new realities in the region with 44 days of war, and event protests this more than Iran. Sometimes it opposes the Zangazur Corridor, sometimes it remembers after 30 years that the inviolability of borders is a "red line", sometimes it opens the Consulate General in a building with unfinished plaster in Gafan, sometimes it makes up stories about that allegedly some X citizen in Nakhchivan wants to join Iran, sometimes it says that the terrorist act committed in Shiraz was planned by some X citizen of Azerbaijan, sometimes… This list which is a confirmation of Iran’s flutters may be extended. Tehran regime sees its exposure in every field, it is worried about the exposure of friendly relations with the enemies of Azerbaijan, and it can no longer hide its true face. So, it takes steps aimed at the Azerbaijani state, its leadership, and its press. Tehran should have already understood that Azerbaijan is not the same as it was 30 years ago. The state of Azerbaijan has ensured its territorial integrity, today it not only takes care of its citizens and works for their well-being but also has the power to defend the rights of our compatriots all over the world, including South Azerbaijan.
