Today I visited again the Lachin city, and witnessed major changes, said Ambassador of Tajikistan Roustam Soli, within the framework of the visit of members of the diplomatic corps accredited in the Republic of Azerbaijan to the city of Lachin, APA reports.
"Under the leadership of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, construction works are conducted everywhere. Azerbaijani President really carries out major construction programs in the territory of Lachin. We see the elements of the revival of this place. That is great," noted the diplomat.
The ambassador stressed that gorgeous construction works are implemented everywhere, huge projects are carried out, and construction and improvement works are underway. People returning to their homes will live in such beautiful places."
