“I am very pleased to welcome the President of Azerbaijan today at the Presidential Palace in Slovakia,” said Slovak President Peter Pellegrini during a joint statement to the press with President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, APA’s correspondent dispatched to Slovakia reports.
The Slovak President noted that this is the first official visit of the President of Azerbaijan to Slovakia in history: “This confirms our mutual interest at the highest level. We intend to build and further develop a strategic partnership.”
