“Azerbaijan and Türkiye’s stance during the post-conflict period relies on international norms and principles. It is important to sign the peace treaty based on the principle of mutual sovereignty and border inviolability of the countries proposed by Azerbaijan to Armenia," said Jeyhun Bayramov, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs during his joint press conference with Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hakan Fidan, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports.
He stated that not withdrawing military units, hindering the opening of Zengezur corridor, interfering in Azerbaijan's internal affairs by naming the protection of the rights of Armenians living in Karabakh, and also hindering the reintegration of Armenian population of Karabakh into Azerbaijan are of the most important threats of Armenia against the peace and tranquility in the region.
