“After my visit to Shusha I had the double impression,” speaker of Moldovan Parliament Igor Grosu told journalists, APA reports.
The speaker of the parliament noted that it is sad to see so many destructions in Shusha: “It also means human fate and suffering. On the other side, I witnessed that a great investment was involved in Shusha. Rapid restoration works are being conducted in the city. Azerbaijani President declared Shusha as cultural capital. It is a new stage of revival from a moral point of view. We visited museums in Shusha, everywhere smells culture here. Calmness, weather, mountains are very beautiful. Therefore people of this land had to be talented in music, poetic and they were talented.”
