Samad Seyidov said that his Armenian counterparts commit provocations in PACE, said Head of Azerbaijan's delegation to PACE Samad Seyidov at the summer session of the organization, APA’s Britain bureau reports.
According to him, negotiations are underway between Azerbaijani and Armenian leaders. However, Armenian parliamentarians in PACE spoke about the past instead of thinking about the future and looking ahead.
“They commit provocations and harbor enmity. Instead of sitting together and thinking about our future, they talk about the blockade, genocide, and the closure of the Lachin road. What they say does not exist, and does not reflect the reality,” noted Samed Seyidov.
