It is necessary to restore work in the “3+3” format in the South Caucasus, said Sergei Shoigu, Secretary of the Russian Security Council, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
Speaking at the meeting of CIS Security Council Secretaries held at the Russian National Center, Shoigu noted the importance of reopening transport links in the region.
He also stated that there is an overall trend of improvement in the situation in the South Caucasus.
