“Declaration on alliance relations signed with Azerbaijan in February of last year, of course without exaggeration is a historic document,” said official representative of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) Mariya Zakharova at the briefing held today, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
According to her, this document notes new quality or relations between our countries: “Key directions of the relations in all fields were mentioned. Alliance relations between Azerbaijan and Russia are stabilizing factor both at regional and international level. Together with Baku, we are working on the implementation of the provisions of this document. Several measures have been planned on the first anniversary of the signing of document,” she noted.
