The Prague document signed by the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia last year referred to the Alma-Ata Declaration, said Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov at a joint press conference with his Azerbaijani counterpart, APA reports.
“You can read what is written there. I don't know what else to add to what was written in the Alma-Ata document about the borders of the states that were created in the place of the USSR," said Lavrov.
