"The civilian mission of the European Union (EU) is an important step to strengthen the trust between Azerbaijan and Armenia," the Romanian Foreign Minister Bogdan Aurescu told journalists, APA reports.
"I would like to say a few words about the monitoring mission which its deployment on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border will be discussed. This is a very important step forward in building trust between the parties. I want to emphasize that we proposed this when I visited the South Caucasus with my colleagues from Austria and Lithuania in June 2021," said the FM.
