Azerbaijan and Russia have successfully passed the test of independence, the Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhail Bocharniko said at a press conference, APA reports.
According to the ambassador, the Moscow Declaration is an important document for future development.
The Diplomat reminded that the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Russia is celebrated.
He noted that trade and economic relations between Azerbaijan and Russia, as well as regional relations, have developed significantly over the past 30 years.
