“Aghdam-Asgaran-Khankandi road is ready, functional, and open for delivery of all necessary goods,” Assistant to President of Azerbaijan-Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev has made a post on his X (Twitter) account, APA reports.
“From Aghdam it is just 23 km to Khankandi. With the diplomatic corps and international media we are on the road and looking towards Asgaran. Azerbaijan is building roads not walls!” the presidential assistant tweeted.
