The secretary of the ruling Citizen's Contract party of Armenia has announced the key points on which Yerevan and Baku could not agree on the draft peace agreement, APA reports.
According to the party secretary, Artur Hovhannisyan, mutual recognition of territorial integrity, ensuring the rights and security of Garabagh residents, and protecting Armenia's sovereignty are among those points.
Hovhannisyan told reporters that there is no need to make some details public.
