The liberation of Karabakh is the key to peace, Aide to the President of Turkey Fuad Ogtay said in an interview with A-Haber TV channel, APA's local bureau reports.
He noted that the co-chairs of the Minsk Group, in fact, for 30 years offered the impossible as a solution. As a result, only Armenia lost, and Azerbaijan became stronger in all respects.
"Special envoys have been appointed in the process of normalization of Turkish-Armenian relations and positive messages have been given.
