"I am glad to be here today," said Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, Center for Global & Strategic Studies (CGSS), Islamabad, Pakistan attending the international forum called " South Caucasus: Development and Cooperation" held in Shusha told APA.
"As you know, Pakistan is one of the countries that does not recognize Armenia as a state. Shusha and Karabakh have a special place in our hearts. We have always investigated Shusha, Karabakh, and published in our books in this regard. We have displayed a clear stance on this issue in our foreign policy and clearly announced that we do not recognize Armenia. Today, coming here, to Shusha is a feeling like coming to your own house and I am so glad that I got such an opportunity to come to Shusha. Shusha is a very beautiful city, Azerbaijan has announced Shusha a cultural capital. Shusha is not only Azerbaijan's but also our cultural capital," said the Pakistani expert.
