"I have received news about the clash that took place on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. I offer my condolences to the families of the deceased," the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia Bujar Osmani said at a joint press conference with the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov in Baku, APA reports.
He called on Azerbaijan and Armenia to de-escalate: "The OSCE can offer its resources to make communication between the parties possible and prevent such conflicts. We will provide all the opportunities at our disposal so that dialogue and communication are possible. Peace between the two countries is important, both countries deserve peace."
