“We will prepare a report on results of monitoring we will conduct in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan,” member of Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission (OIC IPHRC) Hilal bin Said Al Shidhani told journalists, APA reports.
He stated that they are on a visit in Azerbaijan for the second monitoring regarding this issue.
“A monitoring was carried out before this as well and the ruins there were recorded. We will prepare a report mostly on damage done on religious and historical monuments as part of this visit of ours as well. This report will also be submitted to the relevant institutions as was the report prepared in 2021."
