“The war crimes committed by Armenia will be included in our report and submitted to the international community,” said Deputy Chair of Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC IPHRC), Hacı Ali Açıkgül, APA reports.
He stressed that the Commission has gathered important facts on the violation of human rights.
“Today, we’re in Ganja. We studied the site of the rocket attack on the civilian population during the 44-day Patriotic War in Ganja. Deliberate targeting and bombing of residential areas are a violation of international law and an obvious war crime. We will include these in our report,” he added.
