Northern Cyprus official: Zangezur corridor will strengthen our cooperation with OTS

The opportunities brought by the Zangezur Corridor will give new meaning to the cooperation between the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), said Mehmet Ercilasun, Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Interior of the TRNC, during the panel titled “Zangezur Corridor: A Bridge Connecting the Turkic World” held within the Solidarity Forum of NGOs of OTS member countries, APA reports.

“The Zangezur Corridor is a strategic project that strengthens economic integration in the Turkic world and shapes our shared vision for the future. The opportunities this corridor will bring in the cultural and social spheres will make an important contribution to the development of relations between the NGOs of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and the member states of the Organization of Turkic States. The Zangezur Corridor will serve as a bridge between our peoples and cultures,” Mehmet Ercilasun emphasized.
