The Shusha session of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Youth Summit started its work, the Press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told APA.
On July 25-28, the Summit participants adopted the documents, which were agreed upon at the Baku session held on July 25-28, in Shusha.
In accordance with the document titled "Shusha akkordu" (accord), NAM Youth Organization was established on the basis of the NAM Youth Network established on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev as the NAM Chairman on October 4, 2021.
The regulation of the NAM Youth Organization, which its permanent secretariat will be located in Baku, and the organization's logo and flag were also approved today within the framework of the Shusha session of the Summit.
Within the framework of the Summit, views were exchanged on the results of the Summit and the future activity of the NAM Youth Organization with the participation of the representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Youth and Sport, Shusha City State Reserve Department and NAM countries.
Today, the Shusha session of the Youth Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) started its work in Shusha city, APA reports.
The delegation representing more than 60 UN member countries arrived at Fuzuli International Airport, and after familiarization with the airport, they left for Shusha.
The one-week activity of the Youth Summit of Non_aligned Movement will be concluded with the Shusha session. The summit participants are expected to approve the documents agreed upon in the Baku session held on July 25-28.
