“Kyrgyzstan has proposed the establishment of 5+3 cooperation format,” Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan Kayrat Osmonaliyev said at the press conference dedicated to finals of the current year in bilateral relations in 2021 and development prospects of Kyrgyzstan-Azerbaijan cooperation, APA reports.
The ambassador noted that within the framework of this format, Kyrgyzstan proposes cooperation in diplomatic, political, cultural, and economic fields.
“We have also proposed the establishment of Azerbaijan-Kyrgyzstan Joint Development Fund. In January-February, the Azerbaijani delegation will visit Bishkek to agree on joint projects with the Development Fund.”
