A new Action Plan of the Council of Europe for Azerbaijan has been presented, Secretary-General of the Council of Europe Marija Pejčinović Burić has delivered a speech in this regard in the presentation, APA reports.
According to her, the plan has been developed together with Azerbaijan and based on reports from monitoring groups.
The main purpose of the Plan is that the people of Azerbaijan to live in a democratic society, accelerating the development of democratic institutions.
It is the third submitted action plan.
"Our purpose is the achievement of real results. Many steps have been taken in direction of the realization of previous plans," she said.
