"Moscow has not received an official appeal from the Turkish side to hold the quadrilateral meeting of Azerbaijani, Armenian, Russian, Turkish leaders," Spokesperson for Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said as she commented on the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s proposal on holding the quadrilateral meeting of Azerbaijani, Armenian, Russian, Turkish leaders, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
“We saw this information in the media. We have not received an official appeal from Turkish side yet. As tradition, we support the close contacts with Ankara on the various aspects of international agenda, as well as on “3+3” format, including the situation on South Caucasus,” Russian MFA Spokesperson stressed.
