Due to the situation in Ukraine, the movement of Azerbaijani citizens in this country from neighboring countries to the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Poland, the Slovak Republic, Hungary, as well as Romania continues, the Foreign Ministry's press service told APA.
Visa requirements for transit of Azerbaijani citizens were temporarily lifted on the basis of agreements reached with these countries, only travel documents are submitted by citizens, Covid-19 passport and negative PCR test are not required.
Since the beginning of military operations in Ukraine, 950 citizens of the neighboring country have entered the Republic of Moldova, 447 citizens of the Republic of Poland, 17 citizens of Hungary, 200 citizens of Romania, and 13 citizens of the Slovak Republic.
Due to the situation in Ukraine, we advise our citizens to stay away from military facilities, stay at home or in a safe place, and refrain from traveling.
