Armenia and Azerbaijan have already initialed a peace treaty. Both countries are making serious efforts to fully normalize relations, said Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan at a panel discussion held within the framework of the 4th Feminist Diplomacy Conference in France, APA reports.
"Perhaps everyone knows that we have concluded peace with Azerbaijan. Currently, both countries are making great efforts to fully normalize relations. In parallel with the government's work to sign official agreements and prepare concrete solutions, there is also a great need for reconciliation of societies," the minister noted.
He emphasized that the success of the peace process depends not only on official agreements, but also on mutual understanding between societies.
