“The reason of all the problems, also a violation of the ceasefire, which has the risk of rebuilding war is related to continuing existence of the Armenians in the lands occupied by the aggressive forces of Armenia, and the inability of hundreds of thousands of Azerbaijanis to return to these lands”- the minister added.
