Minister: Trade between Azerbaijan and Armenia possible in other areas as well

"A few days ago, Azerbaijani oil products were sent to Armenia," said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a press conference on the results of the year, APA reports.

The minister said that such a situation has not occurred between Azerbaijan and Armenia since Azerbaijan gained independence: "Therefore, we are currently creating something from zero. The Armenian side's appeal was related to oil products, and the Azerbaijani side accepted it. Azerbaijani oil entered Armenia, but there were even calls against it on the Armenian side. Economic relations will expand, but this should be in line with our expectations and adequate."

Jeyhun Bayramov considers trade between Azerbaijan and Armenia possible in other areas as well: "There is no question of trade in military products between the two countries, but trade is possible in other areas. These processes can take place in line with our expectations."
