Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov has had a phone conversation with German Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs Annalena Baerbock, the ministry told APA.
During the telephone conversation, it was emphasized that the rejection by Armenia and the established so-called regime of the proposals to arrange the synchronized use of the Aghdam-Khankandi road and the Lachin road for the transportation of goods through the International Committee of the Red Cross proves that the allegations on the humanitarian situation are false.
It was noted that provocative steps by Armenia, including statements supporting the so-called regime established in the territories of Azerbaijan, and the non-withdrawal of its armed forces from the territories of Azerbaijan, which hinder efforts to establish peace and security in the region in the post-conflict period, are a source of threat.
