"As a result of the policy pursued over many years, the conflict was put to an end," said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a press conference on the results of the year, APA reports.
According to him, new realities have emerged in the South Caucasus: "We see the first elements of this in 2025. These works will be continued in 2026."
The minister said that for the signing of a peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia, changes to the Armenian constitution and full implementation of the obligations under the TRIPP project are essential: "Recently, there have been mutual visits by representatives of civil society in both countries. At the same time, a meeting of the delimitation commission was also held in Gabala."
Jeyhun Bayramov also noted that grain and oil products are delivered to Armenia via Azerbaijan.
