Moscow sees positive dynamics in the Yerevan-Baku dialogue, said the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova at today's briefing, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
According to her, the establishment and restoration of relations within the region is being observed.
Zakharova noted that Russia welcomes the process of unblocking transport communications, including the continuation of Russian grain supplies to Armenia via Azerbaijan: "This confirms the relevance of the development of the '3+3' format. Moscow would also like to see its Georgian colleagues at the meeting of this platform."
