"Of course, we also exchanged views on projects and negotiations in other fields when we talked on post-conflict issue, said Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov as he gave joint briefing with Belgian counterpart Hadja Lahbib in Baku, APA reports.
"As stipulated in the tripartite statement, a number of obligations of Armenia were brought to attention. The opening of transport and communications, the opening of communications between Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan is one of the key points among them. Although there has been clear progress during the negotiations in this area for two and a half year, Armenia’s non-constructive position does not allow to achieve full results,” the minister added.
