“Most work has been done in order to normalize relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia,” said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at the meeting within the framework of the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS, with his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, most work has been done for the normalization, as well as for opening the transport connections. Lavrov noted that there are “plans” regarding the delimitation of the borders.
“Of course, we want to discuss how things are going in your negotiations with Azerbaijan today. I know that recently, there were contacts in Europe, the media is full of various rumors and assumptions,” stressed Lavrov.

“Russia is ready to contribute to the implementation of tripartite statements,” said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at the meeting with Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
Russian FM also said that his country is ready to discuss what should be done to implement tripartite agreements as soon as possible.
