"He noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were resisting the Russian military: "Fierce battles have broken out for the sake of every street of Kyiv. About 2 hours before, battles have subsided. There is no territorial loss. Battles may begin every moment,"
According to journalists, local residents go to the military commissariats, weapons are distributed to the population.
He said that there is no information about the injures of Azerbaijanis in Kyiv.
