The Zangezur corridor seems to be a logical and strategic proposal for the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway, said Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov at the 7th Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia in Tashkent, APA's correspondent in Tashkent reports.
"Today we are witnessing the creation of a new transport artery for the region. The construction of the strategically important China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway will change logistics and open the shortest route for our countries to the largest markets in Asia and Europe. In this context, the Zangezur corridor project seems to be a logical and strategic proposal for the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway," the Kyrgyz President said.
