Expanding our format with Azerbaijan will open up new opportunities and broad horizons for Central Asia, said Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov at the 7th Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia in Tashkent, APA's correspondent in Tashkent reports.
"Kyrgyzstan supports the initiative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to join the Consultative Meetings on Central Asia as a full member. Expanding our format to include brotherly Azerbaijan will open up new opportunities and broad horizons for Central Asia, especially for cooperation in the fields of international transit, logistics and energy. Today, we can confidently say that the format of consultative meetings of the heads of state of Central Asia has been created," the President of Kyrgyzstan emphasized.
