The current conditions allow us to hope for the possibility of signing a peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia in the near future, but the main issue is not time, but the final solution to all issues, Russian President Vladimir Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov told journalists, APA reports.
According to him, the representatives of Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Russia will meet "at the end of next week in Moscow" to discuss the issues between the parties.
"There is no duty to conclude everything to the end because the main thing is the final result, here no one is following the time," Peskov said.
According to Kremlin, "due to namely these reasons, precisely for these reasons, it is unlikely that anyone can now predict the exact date of the signing of the peace agreement".
"Although, as stated in yesterday's meeting, now the conditions have changed in many aspects, and in fact conceptually, these changed conditions already allow the signing of a peace agreement in the near future," said Peskov.
