Kremlin has called Azerbaijan's anti-terror measures in Garabagh "an activity on its own territory", Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
The Kremlin Spokesperson noted that the de jure matter is the activity of Baku on its own territories as he talked about the situation in Garabagh.
According to him, Moscow does not accept Armenia's criticism addressed to it regarding Garabagh: "These are baseless."
The Kremlin Spokesperson said that they are waiting to reach an agreement on the time of talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, contacts with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev are not considered yet, and that if necessary, they could be agreed upon.
