"Terror act nearby Shusha, was the first terror act, committed in order to violate trilateral statement," said Igor Korotchenko, editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine of Russia at today's press conference, APA reports
I. Korotchenko noted that such kind of terror act should be prevented to be committed again: "The terror act aimed at termination of the trilateral statement. Handing over the terrorist to the Armenian side paves the way for committing such a terror act. That is why expert consultations should be conducted between Russia and Azerbaijan in this regard, as a result of these consultations, a relevant mechanism should be established in order to prevent such cases in the future."
