"If two years ago anyone had told me that I would drink tea in Kalbajar today, I would not have believed him. But we are here and drink tea and visit electricity station constructed by the government, infrastructure objects like tunnel passing through under of a mountain. Much work is underway for making the Kalbajar district a more beautiful place. You see the greenery and water behind me, it is really beautiful. I think, there may be a good venue for a great partnership between Israel and Azerbaijan."
