Azerbaijan has never been the cause of starined relations üith France, and has always supported the development of these relations on a positive level and has made efforts for this, said Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov at the press conference with French Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs Catherine Colonna, APA reports.
“Azerbaijan did not avoid contacts even when there were disagreements in relations, and contacts continued intensively. We are always open to such contacts. At this level, we positively evaluate Mrs. Catherine Kalonna's visit to Azerbaijan," Jeyhun Bayramov said.
Jeyhun Bayramov stressed that there are also inter-parliamentary relations between the two countries: inter-parliamentary friendship groups have been active, the volume of mutual investments is multi-billion.
