I am very glad to have the opportunity to be in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan and to get acquainted with the reconstruction works being carried out there, the Ambassador of Iran to Azerbaijan, Mojtaba Demirchilou, said in his statement to APA during his visit to Zangilan, together with the diplomatic corps.
According to him, reconstruction and restoration works in the liberated territories are progressing very rapidly: “I was also in this region last month, and now, when I compare, I can see that new facilities have been built and put into operation.”
According to the ambassador, the reconstruction works carried out in the liberated territories show that the more peace and stability there is in the region, the more development can be achieved in the economic field, and the more opportunities will arise for the free life of peoples.
“Of course, the entire region, including neighboring countries, can benefit from this. Countries can both develop their past relations and start new collaborations. I congratulate the people of Azerbaijan both on the liberation of their lands and on the reconstruction efforts,” Demirchilou said.
