ICRC representatives meet with Dilgam Askerov and Shahbaz Guliyev

Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) met with the Azerbaijanis, who were detained during the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the head of the public relations department of the Azerbaijani representative office of the ICRC, Ilaha Huseynova told ONA that representatives of the structure in February again visited the persons detained during the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

“We continue to regularly visit these people. In accordance with its mandate, the ICRC organizes visits to monitor the conditions of detention and treatment of detainees, as well as help ensure the connection of detainees with their families,” - Huseynova said.
