Human remains found on Farrukh Heights to be examined

"As you know, there is no information about nearly 4,000 compatriots from the First Karabakh War until today yet," said Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elnur Mammadov while his speech at a conference on "Genocide: New view from the context of universal crimes" with an organization of New Azerbaijan Party in Guba, APA reports.

Deputy Minister has noted that mass grave has been detected in Bashlibel village of Kalbajar, Dashalti village of Shusha, Edilli village of Khojavend after the liberation of territories from occupation: "Conducted researches determine that these cemeteries, human remains belong to Azerbaijani citizens, who were taken hostage and captive by Armenian servicemen and killed with heavy tortures during the First Karabakh War."

Deputy Minister has stressed that human bones have already been found in Farrukh Heights of Khojaly and research on these remains will also be conducted.
