The leadership of Azerbaijan and Armenia has decided to set aside disagreements and move toward peace, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmat Hajiyev, said in a joint interview with Armenia’s Security Council Secretary, Armen Grigoryan, to Euronews in Doha, APA reports.
He said that the peace process with Armenia represents a success story in the context of global conflicts and wars.
Hikmat Hajiyev emphasized that “the chapter of conflict between the two countries has come to an end.”
