Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated President Ilham Aliyev

National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.

The congratulatory message reads:

"To His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan"

Dear Ilham Heydar oglu.

I sincerely congratulate you on your birthday.

I would like to note with pleasure that under your leadership, the Republic of Azerbaijan has achieved significant successes in socio-economic development and in consistently raising the living standards of the people.

I recall with special sincerity our meeting in Gabala, within the framework of my visit to your country to participate in the Summit of the Organization of Turkic States. I am fully confident that, thanks to our joint efforts, Turkmenistan-Azerbaijani cooperation will continue to develop and deepen for the benefit of our fraternal peoples.
