Member of the National Council, former deputy Gultekin Hajibeyli, has been detained in Türkiye, she announced, APA reports.
According to the information obtained, Gultekin Hajibeyli was brought to the Atnavutköy deportation point in Istanbul and is expected to be deported to Azerbaijan after the related paperwork is completed.
It should be noted that yesterday, the homes of Ali Karimli, the chairman of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA), and Mammad Ibrahim, a member of the party's Presidium, were searched and they were taken to the State Security Service (SSS) for questioning.
According to the information, the process is related to the criminal case of Ramiz Mehdiyev, which is being investigated by the State Security Service .
