She noted that the country's position regarding the Lachin road is based on the decision of the International Court of Justice, and emphasized that Azerbaijan and France respect international law.
"We have also stated in our contacts that we want to inspire and encourage peace negotiations. We do not want the parties and people to suffer. The peace process must be based on determination and will. Answers to issues such as missing persons and the return of refugees will be found in the peace agreement," she said.
