"These days, Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France Catherine Colonna once again made baseless comments about Azerbaijan during the discussions in the European Parliament," Head of Azerbaijan-France inter-parliamentary working group, Member of Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan's Parliament) Soltan Mammadov said at today's meeting of Milli Majlis, APA reports.
"She voiced baseless opinions about Azerbaijan's establishing checkpoint in its sovereign territories. This once again shows that France does not take an objective and impartial position in the process of normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. On the contrary, it continues the policy of escalating the situation," Soltan Mammadov added.
