The Minister said that a group consisting of 5 leading universities from the Italian side was closely participating in this process. The groundbreaking ceremony of the new Italian-Azerbaijani University will be held today. This means training highly qualified personnel. In a broader sense, it should be evaluated as an important project encouraging people to connect with each other".
